Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub - American comedian, actress and activist Her birthplace was in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents and began her career as an actor as a young person shortly after moving to the United States. From 2013 to 2016 she was the AT&T saleswoman Lily Adams, and since 2020. Her fame was boosted due to her appearances in TV commercials. In addition to her commercial appearances, she was a regular on the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015). Additionally, she was a regular series on Yahoo! Vayntrub has also been voiced as Squirrel Girl in the Marvel Rising franchise since 2018 after being selected to play Squirrel Girl in the unaired television pilot of New Warriors. Vayntrub was born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic, USSR, and is Jewish. At the age of 2 she emigrated together with her parents to the U.S. to escape antisemitism. She settled in West Hollywood. Because of her family's financial troubles and her own financial struggles, she began acting in Mattel Barbie commercials as a five-year-old. Vayntrub briefly was a student at Beverly Hills High School. She dropped out of the school in her sophomore year. She earned the GED and later obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Communication) from the University of California San Diego. She was a member of improv comedy group the Upright Citizens Brigade.
